• 90791 Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation/Intake, 60 minutes - $135

• 90837 Psychotherapy, 60 minutes - $135

• 90834 Psychotherapy, 45 minutes with patient - $125

• 90832  Psychotherapy, 30 minutes with patient - $65

• 90839:  Psychotherapy for Crisis, first 60 minutes - $135

Non-Therapeutic/Other Fees NOT Covered By Insurance:  
Late Cancelations, Rescheduling and No Shows - $135.00 per occurrence (see informed consent in client docs. through client portal for more details)
Charge Backs for Returned Checks or Declined Credit or Debit Cards - $20.00
Non-sufficient funds (NSF) - $20.00

Yes.  Macy Gardipee, LPC provides mental health counseling services via telehealth to clients in Texas who have United Healthcare, Optum or Aetna.

In West Virginia, Macy Gardipee, LPC is accepting West Virginia (PEIA)/UMR, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield West Virginia, United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna and insurance that covers out-of-network providers.

To check on your health insurance benefits or eligibility, please contact your health insurance provider to see if Macy Gardipee, LPC is in network for outpatient services and if your benefits cover telehealth services or contact Macy Gardipee, LPC via phone or email. 

Appointments are available Tuesday-Thursday between 9:30am-4:00pm ET/8:30am-3:00pm CDT. Monday and Friday appointments may be available upon request.
